At BP Multipage Ltd, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we have formulated a comprehensive return policy which outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. By purchasing from BP Multipage Ltd you are agreeing to this returns policy and its terms and conditions.

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days. Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To cancel or return an order please email us on

Excluded products:

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons include but are not limited to earpieces, and replacement earbuds.

Timeframe for Returns:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return request.

After this period, we will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and your goods are no longer eligible for return.

Return Process:

To request a return, please contact our customer service team via sales@bpmultipage or phone us on +353 (0) 1 670 8555. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Costs:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item). We recommend sending the product through a tracked and traced delivery as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.


Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs (both initial and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide photographs and details of the issue.

We will assist you with returning the item(s) and provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Delivery Delay or Non-Delivery:

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order please contact us on sales@bpmultipage and we will try and trace your order.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of purchase (unless you agreed upon a different date due to stock shortage and supplier delays) you can request a new delivery date or a refund. You must inform us that you are using your right to end your contract for non-delivery, and we will issue a refund within 14 days.
