Our fully functional workshop is staffed by highly experienced engineers with many years of product knowledge who are fully trained and equipped to carry out repairs to component level on all products sold. We understand that our customers cannot wait weeks for repairs to be carried out to their communication devices, our engineers perform a fast turnaround repair service for products manufactured by Kenwood, Motorola, Multitone, 3M, Static Systems, Courtney Thorne and more!
Maintenance Contracts/ Service Level Agreement (SLA)
At BP Multipage we offer Maintenance contracts and repair services for both hardware and/or software and other equipment agreed upon within an SLA. The repairs by our highly skilled engineers are based on a fast turnaround and cover parts and labour (unless deemed as a result of unfair wear & tear). As part of our service, we can offer annual site visits to service equipment on-site. If necessary, critical backup equipment is available to our customers. As part of our maintenance contracts, we offer out-of-hours support. We may also facilitate call-ins for our clients with Service Level Agreements since we appreciate that emergencies occur, and we want to be there to support you.
Radio Rental
We offer a wide range of radios available to rent. Short-term and long-term rental is available on all types of radios including Licensed and License-Free versions of all leading brands ideal for events, construction projects, seminars, exhibitions and the Film and TV industry. TPBR- Third-Party Business Radio – Comreg Licensing
At BP Multipage we provide Third-Party Business Radio (TPBR) licenses. Our TPBR licenses allow us to provide business radio services to customers nationwide without the need for individual licensing of business radio operations for each specific geographic site or for each customer. This alleviates the inconvenience of licensing for businesses as they will not need to apply directly to ComReg for licensing, and with the use of our own Google Earth, we can view what the ideal frequency is to get the best coverage for your business operations.
