An ideal addition to BP Multipage....

BP Multipage is delighted to announce the acquisition of Regional Electrical Maintenance (REM). The combination of REM and BP Multipage will significantly broaden the range of products, expertise, and service offering that we provide to our clients and we look forward to working with the REM team to grow the combined business.

REM was established in 2001 and operates from its offices in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, providing solutions for controlled access and security systems including automatic gates, doors, traffic barriers, car park systems, bollards, turnstiles, and CCTV systems. The business will continue to operate independently with the existing team from its current location in Ashbourne. Chris Murray and James Tunnah will be staying with the business, following the transaction.

REM represents the first acquisition by BP Multipage since erisbeg, an Irish growth capital investor, invested in BP Multipage.

Commenting on the announcement, Brian Leppla, Managing Director of BP Multipage said: “We’re delighted to have completed the acquisition of REM. The team at REM have built a fantastic business and it has become a known market leader in the provision of access control, automation and security systems to both the commercial and residential sectors. It is an ideal addition to BP Multipage, complementing our critical communications service offering, and allow us to offer a more complete range of safety and security solutions to our clients. We are excited to work with Chris, James and the entire team at REM to continue to grow the business and support our clients.
